Garden City, ID (CBS2) — The Ada County Commissioners voted Wednesday night on a Conditional Use Permit for the Park at Expo Idaho.
The Ada County Commissioners voted in favor of a Conditional Use Permit for phase one of the 88-acre park that will be located along the Boise River in Garden City.
The permit will allow Ada County to review the potential impacts of the park and whether the park supports the long-term vision for the area.
The Park at Expo Idaho will provide the surrounding community with free outdoor recreation and green space for the community and phase one is set to be complete by 2026.
